The creators of PINGuard™ had a great idea to revolutionise ATM downtime and contacted us with an initial idea and concept for creating a solution.

We jointly considered with our client what each user type would need in this process. We gave them the confidence to progress these ideas collaboratively, with us. Ultimately we wanted to help make their vision a reality and be confident that this project would enhance the lives of their customers through a sound solution to what has previously been a frustrating and obstructive system.


Following a series of technical interviews, ojo solutions was commissioned to design and build a secure SaaS (Software as a Service) portal and smartphone application.

The SaaS portal needed to function as both a standalone browser based application and integrate with existing issue logging systems.

Building on the initial concepts, we created a QR scanning, issue logging and management system for ATM’s.

Both the mobile application and ATM estate management solution have been developed using industry standard and proven technologies and through the use of strong encryption and advanced database security we can ensure a safe and robust web framework.


Customers can report ATM issues and take photos in minutes using their smartphone, by scanning a QR code.

Engineers can receive images of the fault before attending a site, ensuring they are fully briefed beforehand on the issue. Creating a bespoke mobile application and desktop dashboard, our team of skilled designers and developers created a great looking and highly functional application for each operative as well as creating a website showcasing the complete system.

Initially targeted at helping the management of ATM field service engineers, the flexible framework we designed meant it could also be easily applied to any industry where efficient reporting, logging and service management are required. This allowed our client to sell the product to a range of clients worldwide.
