The Brief

DeafPLUS help deaf and visually impaired people through a wide range of services including information, advice and advocacy.

Recognising the potential digital technology could help deaf and visually impaired people and specifically the potential for their current offering to be enhanced OJO were engaged to review and explore the potential of digital enable an enhanced service offering in line with their strategic objectives. 

The Solution

Digital strategy and prototype for an integrated deaf friendly information and advice hub.

DeafPLUS offered services online and offline.  Through a strategic and business process led review we identified the potential to provide a more integrated approach to their virtual and physical offer.  This led to the development of a detailed solution design focusing on an integrated information and advice hub and prototype to enable board approval and grants to be applied for to enable the development.
