The team at OJO have adapted quickly to a new normal and are delivering for our clients and planning for our new digital future. 

We are lucky.  We work, and believe passionately, in the power and potential of digital for individual, societal and business growth.   Yet we know this is not always easy for many organisations

Our People

Our people have access to the best technology and systems to deliver work remotely.  We run daily catch ups – morning and evening – with the whole team to share in our worlds, our days and bring the office banter into life in a remote world.  We unite and support through partnering on projects to ensure no one is ever alone and support in finding responses to challenges and keeping ourselves strong.     

We live by our values and offer full transparency on the impacts of COVID to the business and our future.  We seek to lead from the front and make collective decisions to ensure our people are at the heart of our present and future.   


We continue to provide the award-winning service our clients expect without compromise and without interruption.   We have and continue to offer our clients free consultancy hours to address additional digital requirements in response to COVID and help where needed to support in ensuring our clients continue on their business journeys by being flexible in our commercial arrangements.   


The charity sector is critical to supporting the response to COVID as well as ensuring every charity can survive in these challenging times. We have created a new LinkedIn Group Tech for Good Village for leaders to provide a safe space for digital support, as well as continuing to provide support to all our existing charity partners.    

We have launched a new digital accelerator programme for charity leaders to access a free consultancy to address their current digital challenges.   

We continue to support our charity partner Wiltshire Air Ambulance and all charities we work with to ensure they can get the most out of tech and continue to offer joint funded work where commissioned and flexible terms to ensure every charity can get the most and stretch budgets as far as possible.   


We continue to provide free advice to local businesses, SME’s and others through virtual networking including a new LinkedIn Group Digital Village, speaking at events and responding to direct requests as well as supporting our local communities, startups and accelerators in every way possible to enable a stronger and better future post COVID.
