Playforce approached ojo solutions to translate their manual, paper-based POS collateral and design process into an industry-leading digital solution for their field-based sales team.

 

Following a period of immersion in the relevant business functions and through a series of collaborative workshops, ojo solutions defined a future operating model that would increase sales, provide the remote sales team with real-time information that would enable faster turn around and closure, creating time and cost efficiencies in the end-to-end process. Linked to a bespoke CRM, the solution would be able to provide a full opportunity management solution.

We knew wanted to enhance our sales function through technology – create efficiencies in our process, increase sales productivity and increase sales conversion – but we didn’t know how.
